A horse ranch is onsite, though horses remain behind privacy fencing and are not visible. Two outdoor cats also live on the property and may occasionally roam nearby.

Pets must remain on a leash outdoors, and guests should not feed or touch the horses or outdoor cats. Water comes from a high-quality reverse osmosis system, and septic guidelines apply—no wipes, feminine products, or food down the drains.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
