There are three main structures on the property—including the main house and a guest house. Your studio is part of the building on the far right of the estate, featuring its own private entrance. A horse ranch is onsite, though horses remain behind privacy fencing and are not visible. Two outdoor cats also live on the property and may occasionally roam nearby.
Please note: pets must remain on a leash when outdoors, and guests should not feed or touch the horses or cats. Water is supplied through a high-quality reverse osmosis system, and septic guidelines apply—no wipes, feminine products, or food down the drains.

The left side features a private 2-bedroom guest house, the center is the spacious 4-bedroom main house with a pool (reserved for main house guests), and the right side includes two separate studio apartments—one upstairs and one downstairs. Each unit is fully private, making it perfect for friends who want to stay close while enjoying their own space.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
