Welcome to the Rock Road Estate & Ranch, a premier 2.5-acre compound designed for large groups and multi-family retreats. This private estate borders 600 acres of protected nature land and features three distinct buildings offering four independent living residences:
* The Main House: A spacious 4BR/3BA home with a large heated pool and multiple living areas.
* The Guest House: A private 2BR/1BA residence located on the left side of the estate.
* The Ranch Studios: Two separate King studio apartments (one upstairs, one downstairs) located on the right side of the estate.This layout is perfect for friends and extended family who want to stay together while enjoying the privacy of their own independent suites.

Fees for the following: Early Check in, Late Checkout, Pets. Damage deposit required. Permission needed for events. House located at end of 1 mile gravel road. Guest Requirements: Agree to house rules, & sign renters agreement

A private horse ranch is onsite, but horses remain behind privacy fencing and are not visible. Horse trainers may be onsite but away from guest areas training horses. Two outdoor cats may occasionally roam the area.

Pets must remain leashed outside and horses and cats must not be fed or touched.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $500.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
