Welcome to the Magical Themed Home, a themed 6-bedroom, 4-bath vacation home in the gated Windsor Hills Resort, just minutes from Disney. It sleeps 14 and is built for families and groups who want the fun to keep going after the parks close.

Kids head straight for the themed bedrooms. In the Mandalorian room there's a queen-over-queen bunk bed and its own retro arcade cabinets. The Mario room also has a queen-over-queen bunk, and the Princess room has two twin beds. Then everyone meets in the neon arcade game room, with classic arcade cabinets, two racing simulators, a basketball arcade, and a sofa and TV for anyone waiting their turn.

The grown-ups get three king bedrooms. Downstairs there's a king bedroom with a full bath right next to it. Upstairs, the primary king suite has an en-suite bath with a double vanity, a tub and a separate shower, and a second king suite has its own en-suite bath. A hall bath serves the themed rooms.

The open main floor has a living room and a separate family room with Smart TVs. The kitchen has blue cabinets, stainless appliances and an island with seating, and the dining table seats eight. Out back, the screened lanai has a private pool, a raised spillover spa, a covered patio with lounge and dining seating, and sun loungers, all overlooking open green space. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer makes longer stays easy, and the two-car garage gives you extra room.

For peace of mind, the home has a Schlage Encode smart lock for keyless entry, an exterior doorbell camera, and a pool alarm. Our local caretaker, Mario, is close by if you need anything during your stay.

Outside your door, the Windsor Hills Resort amenities are yours during your stay. Swim in the resort-style pool and spa, race down the dual water slides, let the little ones play at the splash pad, and try the mini golf, sports courts, hammocks and the complimentary arcade gaming zone. The full-service concierge and activities director can help you plan your days.

*Pool and spa heat is only available to guests who request and pay the nightly pool and spa heat fee before arrival, and it covers the whole stay. Please reach out to your host after booking to request pool and spa heat.

*Early check-in and late checkout may be available. We charge per hour for this, and it depends on availability, so please message us to see if we can accommodate you.

Other things to note:

No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10pm-7am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.

No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning.

No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
